The skirt was made of bouffant effect and the bodice was cut décolleté and finished with long tulle sleeves. The bride wore a gown of white taffeta and tulle. Captain Bibb attended Lieutenant Lovelace as best man. Her gown was of grey panne velvet trimmed with rose beading and she wore a corsage bouquet of violets and roses. Killarney roses were used in the dining room.
